Removes Max Durability cost on repair and allows legendaries to be repaired again. What kinda superglue do you think were they huffing to think that was a good idea?
3 important notes:
1, Items won't get the penalty removed automatically, but the next time you repair it the entire penalty is undone 2, I had to manually allow each legendary to be repaired, so lemme know which ones I missed 3, If an item still gets the durability penalty then the container it was repaired in isn't assigned, so again I need to know
