It is very important to note: Professions must come AFTER mods that affect doors, containers, and item placement due to granting lockable status to objects. Professions works with LBPR but only if placed after it. If placed before LBPR you will be unable to unlock doors although other containers will still unlock.
WE HAVE REAL IN GAME MAGIC AND SPELLS AND FOUR DIFFERENT PATHS OF MAGIC TO CHOOSE FROM!
YOU MUST HAVE A SERVER ADMIN PLACE THE CLASS SHRINES AND RACE SHRINE BEFORE PLAYERS CAN CHOOSE A CLASS OR RACE!
CLASSES
Professions provides six unique classes:
- Warriors
- Outlaws
- Artisans
- Nomads
- Mystics
- Entertainers
If you select Warrior as your class, you will be required to pick your subclass:
- Fighter
- Paladin
- Ranger
- Bladesinger
- Barbarian
- Revenant
If you select Mystic as your class, you will be required to pick your path or subclass of magic:
- Magus
- Cleric
- Druid
- Warlock
- Blood Witch
- Eldritch Knight
- Stormsage
- Pyromancer
- Prismaticist
Entertainer's get access to spells of their own as well, unique to them, which focus on buffing and debuffing people from a feat called Bard that all Entertainers can learn!
We also have additional feats with variant spells - "Fecund" for fire spells and "Magi" for Magus themed spells. These are only available from server administrators. Beyond these two, many "boss" missiles and other such magical effects exist, from anti-flight devices to powerful missiles intended for strong enemies to use that are also available only from an admin.
ONCE YOU PICK A CLASS ONLY AN ADMIN CAN REMOVE IT - SO READ AND CHOOSE YOUR CLASS CAREFULLY!
Profession shrines can be placed by an admin for each profession they allow on the server.
RACES
A Race shrine exists for picking your race and gaining special bonuses and abilities!
ONCE YOU PICK A RACE ONLY AN ADMIN CAN REMOVE IT - SO READ AND CHOOSE YOUR RACE CAREFULLY!

- Racial attribute bonuses (and some penalties) based on the choice of race.
- Racial abilities like Nightvision, Waterbreathing, Cold Resistance, and Heat Resistance based on the choice of race.
Races do not include any appearance changes. You will need other mods to add racial appearance features.
The Race Shrine color can be changed by getting close to it and pressing E.
The Race Shrine race selections are available from the radial menu by getting close and holding E.
You toggle Nightvision by pressing 9.
Race shrines can be placed by an admin if they want to allow races.
SPELLCASTING
Professions provides three different classes of spells. Standard spells that have real mechanical in game effects, such as healing, temperature resistance, summoning food and drink, and bleeding. Roleplaying spells have no real mechanical in game effects, and allow people to roleplay things such as curses, divinations, and mind-effecting abilities. Admin spells allow admins to do things player's can't.
INVOCATIONS
Professions provides the Warlock class which uses invocations instead of spells. Eldritch Invocations have real mechanical in game effects such as direct damage missiles, damage over time missiles, knockback missiles, homing missiles, invulnerable force spheres, life drain and bat swarm damage over time effect.
ROLEPLAYING SPELLS
Players involved in roleplay determine the effect of the following spells with assistance from the admins (if needed). Some spells have a limited duration. Some spells are permanent and persist between death and even log ins. Remove Curse and Break Enchantment can remove specific spells including the permanent persistent spells.
