- Religious altars no longer block each other from being placed nearby. Build all your shrines in one room if you want.
- Altars can now be picked up and returned to inventory like other placeables.
- (Changed) Quadrupled maximum placement reach from 15m to 60m, useful for aiming from rooftops or awkward angles when positioning in build mode.
- (New) Altars can now be placed in water.
- (New) Altars can be placed on steep slopes and uneven terrain.
- (New) Altars should no longer refuse placement near NPC camps and spawn points, or near nearby walls, ceilings, or partial obstructions.
- (New) Altars should no longer conflict with crafting stations and other interactive placeables.
