Disables "Skylight Leaking" global illumination to allow Lumen to do its thing. Interiors will be fully dark when sealed off from daylight rather than being lit with an artificial glow.
Also removes the player spotlight glow that would usually come on during night.
Disclaimer: I'm not yet sure how this setting may interact with the 200+ post processing volumes located throughout the game. Releasing it for now so myself and others can see how it runs. Feedback welcome. :)
