ADVICE - use PIPPI or ToT move to edit prop sizes.
This mod is for the roleplay server SoulBornRP. So its modifications depend on what the server needs at the moment. So for now all of deco / building are admin spawn only.
The size of the mod will change as I gradually delete unwanted things from the devkit. Still WIP
But it is separate from RP items, professions and classes, so its buildings and props can be used.
Most of the props come from FAB, or are made directly for us.
