A set of Repair kits for Legendary items as a standalone mod. All require a T4 smith or armorsmith. The Masterwork kits repair items marked as Legendary or Unique. The Perfected kit repairs without durability loss. The perfected kit only comes from Durability focused Smiths or Armorers. There's also a weapon mixed damage and AP kit available. There IS a recipe, but it's not given to any thrall profession, nor is it in a feat. The weapon kit can easily be considered unbalancing, so it's up to server admins to decide how to provide that to players.
