Basically just reduces all the xp rewards for the different Dragonpowder recipes down below 10 000 XP.

Affected recipes are:[list] [*]Explosive Arrow [*]Warpaints (Stat bonuses) [*]Explosive Jar [*]Exploding Trap [*]Vapor Trap [*]Demon-Fire Barrage [/list]

Also reduces Explosive Jars damage versus players, increased their craft time to prevent PvP abuse. (Please come with feedback if it is way too low)

Also fixes the Flying Exploit currently in the game

Also reduces the XP from the Khari Minibosses in the Wine Cellar dungeon from 324 million XP to the intended 42300 XP that they are supposed to give until Funcom fixes it. :D
