Adds decorative items to the game, some of them are fitted to match the exiled lands, some of them are for more modern settings
Also adds few materials, an alternative construction tool and a feat 'Zephyria High' to grow and package your own drugs (feat is free to learn, however the crafting benches and seeds are admin distributed only)
All Items are admin spawn only
Item names start with (ZE)' for exiled lands decoration or '(ZM)' for modern themed decoration
This mod is aimed to fit our own projects, but feel free to use it
