Snow White, told across the whole gun.
The receiver is the magic mirror: a gilded baroque frame around a mirror plate that reflects only one thing, the poisoned apple with a bite taken out. The ammo box is the glass coffin, ivory panes in gold fittings with a single red rose laid inside. The handguard is the dwarfs' mine: rows of cut gems set between the ribs, and every vent opening framed as a hanging mine lantern. The stock is the dark forest, birch trunks on slate with the dwarfs' cottage and its red door at the heel. The grip is apple red, the belt links are brass.
