DumpsterDive starts quickly and uses standard JSON syntax for configuration.
The following features are configurable:
- Configurable chance of finding loot
- Unlimited number of loot types
- Risk of getting cuts when rummaging without gloves
- Risk of vomiting when rummaging without a mask
- Rummaging can damage gloves
- Rummaging can damage masks
- Items found in trash can carry diseases
- Food items can come in any stage (rotten, burned, etc.)
- Randomized item damage
- Randomized item quantity (optionally controlled by "types.xml")
- Notifications for instant feedback of rummage success or failure
- ...and more!
SETTINGS ‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒
DumpsterDive reads its configuration from "$profile:dumpsterdive/settings.json". If this file does not exist when DayZ server starts, the file will be created with the default settings.
