House building mod (cottage) with stone base and the rest in wood.

the hut kit is craftable (stone and planks). a trader config is given if you play the trader mod. if not, you can setup the types .xml to make it spawnable.
already included: the House the fireplace table floor lamp bed decorations (wooden logs)
to do: furniture wardrobe,armchairs, etc …
