NoVoiceMuffle

Simple script override to disable muffled voices using masks. Can be considered a spiritual successor to NoMuffle, although here we use a different method to override at base level rather than requiring unique config for each item.

• Disables muffled speech effect for all items server-wide.
• Should work for all modded items.
• Does not affect other items such as the megaphone which use the same system to affect player speech.
