🌀 Gravemaw Anomaly by Kaiser 🌀

Gravity is no longer what you know.

Gravemaw Anomaly by Kaiser adds a gravitational phenomenon to DayZ with a blue aura, floating stones and effects that catch or launch nearby players.

⚡ Features

  • Blue particle aura, flickering light and floating stones
  • Sound effect when a player activates the anomaly
  • Catches falling players, holds them for two seconds and slowly lowers them
  • Three linked variants that launch players from one anomaly to the next
  • Physical flight without teleportation or pressing the jump key
  • Static placement for custom anomaly zones and routes

⚙️ For Server Owners

Place the anomalies through your map setup or mission init.c.

The standard GravemawAnomalie catches falling players and slowly lowers them.

The numbered variants activate on contact, including when approached on foot. Place them in the following order to create a launch chain:

GravemawAnomalie_1catch → GravemawAnomalie_2catch → GravemawAnomalie_3catch
  • 1catch launches the player toward the nearest 2catch.
  • 2catch launches the player toward the nearest 3catch.
  • 3catch catches the player and slowly lowers them.
  • Each connection supports a maximum distance of 80 meters.
  • Flight paths need sufficient unobstructed space.
  • If the next station is missing, the current anomaly holds and lowers the player instead.
  • Players inside vehicles are excluded.
