Craftable Wormholes and Sinkholes

Wormhole and Sinkhole Crafting

Have you ever thought that your world doesn't have enough wormholes and sinkholes? And it would also be nice if you could place them where you want... Don't worry, the solution is here! With this mod, you can build the wormholes and sinkholes yourself! Build them and destroy them and build them again as you wish. You can even choose the different skins, if you own them, when building it!

Using the Mod

When you build a wormhole, it will not be connected to anything, so you can't use it. As soon as you build another one, the two wormholes will be connected. If you have one unconnected wormhole and you destroy one wormhole that was connected, the unconnected wormhole and the left over wormhole will be connected. The same goes for the sinkholes, only sinkholes in different worlds will be connected. This mod is also compatible with multi-shard worls, for example makin a connection between world 3 and 4 is no problem. Wormholes and sinkholes can be build in the buildings tab, the difficulty can be changed in the configuration options.

Map Icons

This mod has integrated map icons if you enable it, but I would recommend you to use my other mod Wormholes and Sinkholes Icons For Server if you want to use icons as this one has more options and I don't see the need to port everything over if there is a mod that already does it. When using my other mod, disable map icons in the configuration options, otherwise it won't work.

Personal Wormholes and Sinkholes

You can now make wormholes and sinkholes personal by enabling it in the configuration options. You will then be able to see an option when hovering over the wormhole or sinkhole to make it personal. That means only you will be able to pass through and only you will be able to make usable by everyone again. If you are an admin and you want to make a wormhole or sinkhole usable again without the player who did it, hover your mouse over the wormhole and enter " c_rmv_personal() " in the console, this wil remove the restriction. If you use my Wormholes and Sinkholes Icons For Server mod, you will need to hold the control key to be able to rename wormholes or sinkhole.

Configuration options

You can choose if you want to be able to build as many wormholes and sinkholes as you want or if they should be limited. You can also choose to give the wormholes names so that can be better recognized. You can change the difficulty of building the wormholes and sinkholes by changing the required ingredients and/or by changing the required crafting station.

Limitations

This sinkhole part of this mod is incompatible with the mod "Don't Starve Alone", as this mod deactivates the other server, which is necessary for this mod to set the connection.

Update 3.0:

Sinkholes are now also craftable! Each Sinkhole will be connected with the next built sinkhole in another world. Support for multiple shards!

Update 2.2:

Added new way of making wormhole icons! The new one will give the same numbers to every person so that it's easier to communicate with each other where you want to go! Also no more problems if you destroy already present wormholes! If you find bugs, please let me know!

Update 2.0:

Added wormhole icons for wormholes on the surface and in the caves. It should now also work if you are removing and rebuilding wormholes. If you want to use them, enable them in the configuration options and disable any other wormhole icon mod. Credit goes to eXiGe and co.op for Wormhole Icons Fixed and the original Wormhole icons. I modified these mods to make them compatible with craftable wormholes. If you experience problems, let me know! Known bugs: If you have the minimap mod, the wormhole icons will be white and without number, unfortunaly I don't think I will be able to fix it.
