Crafting Gamepad Control

Made specifically for gamepads.

The crafting button (LT) opens a crafting wheel in place of the menu, and closes it again: - The right stick points at a recipe, A crafts it, holding A keeps crafting. The wheel stays open. - X and B switch categories, shown in a bar on top, and Y turns the pages of a long one, so your left hand stays free to walk. - The D-pad works on the recipe you point at: left and right pick its skin, up makes it a favorite, down pins it. - Pinned recipes are the first category, and moving the inventory cursor up into the pin bar opens a wheel of them alone (B goes back). - A grid beside the wheel shows the whole category and marks the page on the wheel. - Recipes you can craft come first, then those still missing ingredients, then the locked ones. - Beside the wheel: the name, skin, ingredients and description of the recipe you point at, and what a locked one needs.
