Base Stats

- Health: 120 - Sanity: 120 - Hunger: 150

Bloodthirst

Briar has a new stat: Blood value, with a maximum of 150.

- Fixed decay rate: -75/day - Sources of Blood value gain: - When eating raw meat, gain Blood value equal to 25% of that food's Hunger value. - Creatures affected by "Crimson Curse" provide +1/sec.

Blood value affects Briar's abilities as follows:

Weakened state (Blood value ≤ 20%) - Movement speed -25%, changes walking animation - Base attack multiplier -0.25 - Hunger drain rate +25% - Cannot cast Blood Frenzy and Certain Death skills - Work efficiency -25%

Normal state (20% < Blood value ≤ 80%) - No negative effects from the Weakened state - No buffs from the Energized state

Energized state (Blood value > 80%) - Movement speed +25%, changes running animation - Both eyes leave red trails - Base attack multiplier +0.5 - Work efficiency +25% - Cannot be put to sleep, but still yawns - Sanity slowly regenerates

Crimson Curse

Briar bears a curse from blood magic:

- Cursed trinkets do not affect her - As Health is lost, healing effects increase - Does not suffer max Health penalties - Cannot receive normal healing effects; can only recover through bleeding or skills - Has night vision - When attacking a target, applies a bleeding effect called "Crimson Curse" to the target: - Each stack of bleeding deals 1 damage per second to the target - Stacks up to 10 times, duration 8 seconds - Each cursed creature, when taking damage, heals Briar for (0.5 + 10% of damage dealt) Health - When the creature dies, instantly heals Briar for an amount equal to the remaining stacks when the creature died - Last Stand: When near death, enters a Last Stand state. While briefly unable to be attacked, restores to full Health, then loses 10% Health per second until death. During this time: - Gains an additional 2.0 attack multiplier - Gains a 1.35 movement speed multiplier - Gains 2.0 work efficiency - Unarmed attacks cause additional effects - This form is independent of the three Blood value states

Ravenous Appetite

Briar has a very powerful appetite:

- Does not lose Health when eating food - No negative effects when eating monster meat and raw meat - Does not care about freshness when eating food - When her Sanity is below 30%, she can right-click herself to enter a daydream state, recalling the food she most wants to eat, continuously consuming Sanity to restore Hunger

Extreme Curiosity

Having just gotten out of prison, she is very curious:

- Can search moleworm burrows and rabbit holes to capture the creatures inside - Her powerful curiosity halves the fear aura she receives, and makes her immune to the Sanity loss caused by player ghosts

Keen Sense of Smell

- Can detect certain hidden predators and mark them

Character Skills

Casting Items Divided into two casting items: Bloodstone Shackles and Bloodstone Dagger:

Bloodstone Shackles - Forcibly bound to the Rose slot - Can be used to cast Certain Death and Blood Frenzy

Bloodstone Dagger - -3 Sanity - Forcibly bound to the Rose slot - Can be used to cast Head Rush, Devour, and Chilling Scream

Casting items in the Rose slot can be triggered using Don't Starve's original casting hotkey; the vanilla default is Z. After opening it, you can drag the casting icon positions to easily check cooldowns and current skills

Hotkey Casting The following skills can be cast using hotkeys. Press L in-game (default) to modify hotkeys.

Blood Frenzy: Default key X - Dash in the specified direction, removes Bloodstone Shackles, replaces them with Bloodstone Dagger, and enters Blood Frenzy state - During this time, gains 1.25x attack power and 25% extra movement speed

Certain Death: Default key C - After a brief charge, delivers a violent impact at the specified location, causing area damage and fear, as well as area mining effects - At the same time, removes Bloodstone Shackles, replaces them with Bloodstone Dagger, and enters an enhanced Blood Frenzy state - During this time, gains 1.5x attack power and 35% extra movement speed

Head Rush: Default key R - Leaps to the specified location, dealing damage to enemies at the landing point

Devour: Default key X - Bites creatures and food within range, dealing heavy damage to creatures and eating food within range

Chilling Scream: Default key C - Gains damage reduction, restores Health, and knocks back nearby creatures, causing heavy damage and brief fear after they land

Notes
