If this mod is installed on the server you're playing on (which it will be automatically if you're the one hosting), it also reads Chester, Hutch, and nearby fridges/chests directly, regardless of whether you've opened them. If the server doesn't have it installed, only your own inventory and equipped containers (backpacks, etc.) are sent.
