Fix a problem that some mobs' healthbar can not display(eg. moose.....) Add some config choice for the flame effect and two thresholds

根据最新的Epic Healthbar进行了修改，现在所有的生物都可以在屏幕中间显示血条 最新版的Epic Healthbar中的悬浮血条被禁用 现在没有提供配置选项用于选择是否显示所有的生物

初版描述 在模组Epic Healthbar的基础上进行了简单的修改 现在所有的生物都可以在战斗时拥有自己的血条（可以设置）

感谢原作者的上传 在原模组的基础上通过模组配置来控制“Epic”标签是否作为血条显示的触发条件

2020-04-24 if added mobs had proper tag, healthbar could display correctly,if not , it won't cause crash

2024-09-13 300 means creature' health larger than 300 will show the healthbar, so does the 500 is, these options might not work correctly as I wish, I will check it and add English tips in next version~
