~ Has a passive health regen - Takes x1.3 more damage in combat ~ Can craft his various saws and his Health Dart ~ Starts with a telltale heart to revive dead players ~ Starts with 5 Small Health kits to heal players ~ Can craft small, medium, and large health kits to heal players ~ Many Configurable stats
