Tungsten Mod - rebalanced

Adds Tungsten and a lot of new craftables related to tungsten

Rebalanced for my personal tastes:

Tungsten armor no longer has 99,999 durability. It's now ~3500. It also has a slightly reduced freezing effect. It costs slightly more to make. This feels, to me, to put it around the same level as marble (lower damage reduction, but freezing balances this to make it very useful for when you're swarmed: I also use an armor durability mod to increase armor durabilities to 2-4x, so marble is around 3k durability as well, so it's balanced around that). Thulecite armor now is a good upgrade from this, so you actually have a reason to make it. Before, Thulecite was heavily outclassed by the easily obtainable tungsten armor.

Tungsten miner hat is no longer both armor and a light source, it is only a light source. Previously, these would cause really weird behavior. It is now cheaper to make, and a direct upgrade to the regular miner hat.

Batarangs have reduced cost and damage.

Tungsten Pickaxe and Axe have their uses reduced to Gold levels, and the mine/axe strength to 2x instead of 4x. Still a good upgrade from Gold tools, as they mine and chop twice as fast. Previously, it was 4x strength and 4x uses, which is a bit silly (1600 chops for an axe that chops four times as fast? OP).
