A lightweight server-side mod that adds a small set of character permission tags to all players.

### Simple by design
- No new crafting recipes - No new items - No additional character components - No custom interfaces - No WX-78 circuits or robot systems - Server-side only
This mod is intended to complement existing crafting or Creative Mode mods. It only adds permission tags and does not recreate character-specific abilities that require additional components.
