Apotheon Remastered

Finally Revisited

My first publication recieving it's first real overhaul. The remastered version has been published since the Steam Workshop lost the update link to the previous ship file.

Purpose Class Size 3 multi-purpose Scout Vessel. Not completely made for combat but the armor is made of combat blocks. You are not defenseless with the turrets surrounding the ship, and the Static weapons that are protected by the surrounding armor. You cannot land this vessel on a planet.

Remastered Ever since Alpha 6.0, there have been many major changes to the game, and to the ship as well. An update to this ship was extremely overdue and I apologize for not keeping up on my update promises.

List of changes made:

• Complete interior Paint and Texture changes.
• Slight exterior Paint and Texture changes.
• Many devices replaced and moved.
• Added armor spacing to front and other small areas.
• Replaced some Turrets with the new extendable feature.
• Added Fuel Containers.
• All thrusters are now exposed.
• Optimization of essential devices.
• Added Repair Console.
• Added new medical devices.
• Added custom switches to turn off specific devices.
• Block additions and removals.
• Increased forward, upward, downward and sideways movement speed.

Suggestions and Ideas

I usually don't see people suggest, if you have and idea or find a problem please tell me because sometimes I don't notice small mistakes that I make.

Planned Changes

• Find Oxygen deprived rooms.
• Add Harvest Boxes and Drills if space allows.

A Direct Competitor

Radiance is a new ship I made to compete with the Apotheon in speed, resource cost, and fuel economy. A direct competitor to this ship, but which one would you prefer? I might have an idea.

Credit

Concept artist Burton Parker made a sketch of a ship he named, the Apotheon. I decided to use his sketch and build it the best I could in-game. Credit for the concept is given to him, and his website no longer exists unfortunately.
