ASCS Warrior II [RE2]

The Warrior II is a core 9 endurance hunter that is meant to punch well above it's weight class.

It comes with - 12 medium modulated laser turrets - 8 heavy plasma cannons - ca. 60k shields (very fast charging) - a LOT of frontal combat steel/xeno armour lined with decoys to draw most of the fire away from the weps - seperate armoured compartments for interior, fuel storage, main reactor, 2 seperate cpu vaults and engineering - a self-destruct core (core directly behind the armour, so if you loose all armour the core pops before the interior is breached, causing the enemies to stop shooting) - full medical - one small constructor - ground access elevators (will auto-deploy once the ship is landed to lift you back inside) - 320k ammo storage and a few 16k boxes for spare fuel/o2/pent

This ship was built for the legacy gauntlet run (destroy one of every tier of legacy ships without repairing inbetween) and can take anything apart from the devastator, just make sure you only fight one at a time :) Also, use the good ol' claymore strategy, front always to the enemy, the back is not that heavily armoured...

ps. this ship is built for combat and combat only so it probably won't be very good at anything else
