FEB 28 UPDATE:

Spiced up the indoor textures a bit. Added a pair of LCD screens next to the cockpit door, - one says "HOVER MODE" and will turn on when hover mode is active. -the other says "NORMAL" and will turn on when hovermode is OFF There is also a green light that turns on when hovermode is OFF And a red light that turns on when hover mode is ON Both lights are located on the constructors. Added a few thrusters for some additional maneuverability. Added a few landing gears on the front of the ship, for use with the starbase i am working on (Or any other docking mechanism you can come up with) Added two new screenshots

Uploaded a version made from Combat Steel and armored windows, if anyone should be interested: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1307350820

Just added a picture of the progress and scale of the warship version, if anyone is interested. It should be the last one in line.

The Docking bay for the Gobbler is done, you can find it here http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1295518312

FEB 8 Update:

Changed around some of the groups for a better overview Made three new custom trigger group thingies -ProdFacilities - Turns off Constructors and Food Processor when not needed -GravityGen - Turns off Gravity Generator when not needed. -UtlityTurrets - Turns off the Drill turrets and the Multi Turrets when not needed. With all these three off and in hover mode, the ship has almost 4̶0̶0̶ ̶h̶o̶u̶r̶s̶ (Ok ignore this for the moment, it seems to change wildly from planet to planet, not sure whats wrong, it goes from 390 down to 21 on some planets) worth of power while hovering, with only bare minimum systems running (like fridges, hover mode,Defensive Turrets, and the motion sensor lights) - Added a Red light in the Cockpit, that lights up whenever hovermode is active -Also changed around the inside colors a tiny bit.

FEB 7 Update 2:

-Lowered the landing gear a bit so the ship no longer rests on the turrets. -Added two slots for Pauls genius mining HV at the bottom, both accesible from inside the ship http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1220595253 This HV is made by Paul, and with it he made it possible for me to realise my vision as a planetary and space mining vessel for this ship, and while in hover mode it can be used to mine beneath the ship. -Added one additional landing gear at the bottom to stop impact with the ground from doing damage when picking up the HV's (but do NOT turn off the ship when landing like this, atleast use hover mode, otherwise the ship will tip over) -Removed the two fuel tanks that i had by mistake placed outside on the wings

Feb 7 Update: I figured i wanted to test out the signal logic system so here is an update.

I changed all lights in the ship to be activated by motion sensor, to conserve power. The spotlights at the bottom are now activated by a lever in the main hall. The ramp and door at the bottom is also activated by motion sensor. Created a "Hover Mode" system, that is activated by a lever in the main hall, it shuts down all RCS, and all but a few downward facing thrusters, to conserve power, it nearly tripples power sustainability on planets when just hovering, keep in mind, you won't be able to move while this sytem is turned on.

-----------------------------------------------------

So this is my very first CV ever, i planned on making it a mining ship so that i could just have the bottom go into the ground with the two drill turrets, only to find out, drill turrets don't work on planets...... Oh well, it still takes on asteroids pretty good.

A pair of multi turrets can make short work of POI's too, if you can find the core first that is.

It is really lightly armored (Only one layer normal steel), since it was built as a cargo/mining ship, but it is fast.

Comes with 6 Minigun Turrets and 6 Cannon Turrets for defense.

It has a ton of Cargo Space, Both normal and Harvest, and a lot of fuel tanks, to keep it in the Air (space) for a long time.

2 Advanced Constructors, a medic station, an Armor locker and a Food Processor with 2 fridges.

The Entrance/Exit is at the tip of the bottom "wing" so to land it, you would need a special landing pad, that would allow the left and right wings to rest on it, since thats where the landing gear is.

Since i meant for it to do all the work itself, there is no HV or SV hangar, i will make an updated version at some point that has both.
