Specs: -4x Advanced Constructor -4x Small Constructor -2x Deconstructor -3x 320k cargo systems -7x assorted cargo small cargo boxes -Sits idle with thrusters off without burning fuel -Room to add auxiliary power core or RTGs to supplement power needs (used to set it up to work without consuming fuel while constructing/deconstructing)
