this T3 Headquarters is designed to be the centre / start piece of a base it has:
- 850k units of total storage resources
- 4 large constructors
- 10 cannon turrets for defence
- 32 growing plots
- 2 food processes
- 4 fridges
- full medical suite
- 2 hangar bays
it has also been designed to be upgradeable to T4, and has space for an added shield

This building has a 2 block depth allowance, it has been designed so that the second block from the bottom should just be showing at the grounds highest point
