This is the typical frontier outpost for galactic explorers.
In order to reduce level requirement and rare materials usage, the base is in starter configuration. This equipment not included and require manual installation: - Hangar door (remove ventilator plug on wall to oxygenize the hangar); - Solar panel array (must deploy for current planet conditions); - Medic stations at medic center on the 2nd floor; - Plant growing plots (27max) on the 3rd floor.
