Broadside MKIV

Type: Heavy Cruiser Tier 4 Size Class: 10 Unlock Level: 25

This is a conversion to Vanilla of my Broadside MK IV for Reforged Eden.

Built with unobstructed thrusters and with CPU limitations.

Comes with an interior and crew. Don't expect luxuries, this is a warship. Its also full of RP Stuff, so it is a RP Warship, I guess.

The Broadside is built exactly for what its name indicates: Go longside an enemy and watch your turrets while they make his life miserable.

While it comes with 2 small hangar Bays for Small vessels, some plant pods, a single advanced constructor and multi/drill turrets, it is in no way meant as a mobile Base or minig ship. I also wouldn't recommend to land on high g planets...

Fighting: The Armor is the strongest on both sides, from my experience most of the time opponents seem to focus on the front thrusters, so these are especially fortified. Still expect to sometimes lose some of them in extended engagements.

From the Reforged Eden Version this ship has gained a serious amount of firepower, now totalling at the "slightly" ridiculous number of 79 Turrets.

10 Artillery 10 Cannon Turrets 18 Plasma Turrets 13 Laser Turrets 16 Rocket Turrets 8 Flak Turrets 4 Minigun Turrets

In Addition there are 3 Fixed Heavy Lasers and 2 Fixed Heavy missile Launchers (that still look like Artillery to me, but who am I to tell Eleon how a rocket Launcher looks) to each side. To use those you have to mount the according sidewards aiming cockpit. This however also changes the movement controls, which may be helpful or annoying, depending on the situation.
