Updated for alpha 11.
This base used to be a level 5 base, but because of the cargo extensions, its now a level 7 base. Considering the amount of stone dust needed, its probably more realistic to get the base at that level.
I like to have easy access in my bases, having the areas I use the most close. That is why I have made this base so open. Its an easy base to expand with our leveling. It's a CPU T2 base at 205060 CPU. I have not put in a T2 CPU extender. The reason for that, is so that the base can be placed sooner, since a T2 CPU extender need 20 neodymium ingots and it can be hard to get in the start of the game. There are room in the core room for both the T2 and T3 CPU extenders.
I've put in some signal logic for the constructors and food processors. You can turn them on form the front page of "P", or stand on the pressure plates. There are three plates. 1 for the two large constructor and one for the three small constructors and one for the two food processors.
The garden have room for 36 grow pots, but I have not put any in to the blueprint.
Equipment in the base: 2 Large constructors 3 Small constructors 2 Food processors 2 Refrigerators 3 Container controllers 4 Storage pallets 1 Container controller for ammo. No storage extensions on this (but room behind it to put them in) 1 Clone chamber 1 O2 station 1 Seed storage unit (in the garden) 1 Wireless connector 1 Toilet 1 Shower 2 Solar capacitators 11 Solar panels. 1 Small generator 9 Fuel tank (T1) 9 Small O2 tanks 8 Senterys 4 Cannon turrets (I would change them to flak or rockets when you can afford to)
The walls of the base is hollow. This to make sure people can expand storage or what not when they have the materials for the T3 CPU extensions. It also save stone dust for the initial build. The ramp to the second landing pad ends in a wall after the door. I have done this to save stone dust. When a player have the resources, he can remove the solar panels and expand the the new pad and place new solar panels up to the max for 15 (currently there are 11 on the base)
The base also can easily fit in a shield (with a generator upgrade). Might want to move a light in the back corner, but it fits nicely in there. Should also be lots of room to expand what ever else you need in your base.
When I place the base on harder planets, I always also spawn in 2 defens turrets. I have one that is powered by solar panels and that is enough if you do not turn on the shield. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2011258043
