Calypso

Calypso expedition vessel is a starter base-ship with a potential of deep upgrade. As a flying base, it contains farm (12 bloks), some construction ability, 2 small hangars, med bay, and two cargo storages for 240kt each. Ship is ready to install gravity generator and offline protection. In the basic configuration, the weight of the ship is 2.1 kt, the carrying capacity at 1g is 9.47 kt. Hull: hardened steel + steel

For future use, as soon, as you get access to CPU core, it can be equipped with a lot of additional M-type or L-type thrusters, shield, repair station and repair bay equipment. And, of course, turrets. Upgrage of thrust-to-weight ratio will allow to use combat armor. There are 10 dedicated hardpoint for mounted heavy weapons or mining stuff (4 of them are occupied by decorative antennas).
