If you land on an ocean planet where the Zirax have already occupied all there maining islands or if you just want to be far away from the whole landlubber, then we have the "Deepwater Hope" base for you. No animal gnaws at you here when you pee in the water. You always have a clear view of the sunrise and sunset. Particularities : The core and the CPU units are located in the foot of one of the 4 pillars. The column is marked. I built this base in a deep sea area at approx 40 m deep. I have examined different deep sea areas on different ocean planets and found all deep ocean ground between 40-50 m .there are very rare areas called Abyss. There the seabed is deeper than 50 m, Then choose another place.

Nevertheless, please note when placing: It is best to place it with the drone, then you have a better over view, the base is very high because of the columns and the tower. Place the base so that the water level is in the middle of the blue stripes on the columns. Check the structural integrity immediately after placing. ("N" / debug / SI on) All columns must be light green! If this is not the case, the pillars will not reach the seafloor. Then load many concrete blocks, goin to godmode (console "gm") Dive down and extend the columns to the ground in one go (hold down lmb!).
