Unlock at level 5, Core only, and a completely concrete design, this base is extremely affordable in the early game. It also does not require any Cobalt OR Titanium! Plus, there is dedicated space for future upgrades (compact shield, pentaxid tank, generator, CPU extenders, & additional/upgraded turrets).
