Welcome to The DS-5 Hawk dropship. This is the latest in Dropship design and technology able to carry 8 grunts + 1 pilot into hostile battlefields and pick them up when things turn sour. This ship carries the maximum number of each weapon type allowed meaning you have options for any threat encountered. Not only that but the ship should be handy when taking down POI's thanks to some levels of redundancy and considerable armour protection. Weapons being in the nose means you can expect precision fire on target.
This dropship signals the beginning of a new series of blueprints I'm creating aimed mainly at the single or co-op players game style.
The series will be called Star Force 1 and will encompass all ship types with each ship fitting in nicely to the environment.
The carrier pictured in one of the screenshots is called the Quadlander and is 90% done. All stats and resource requirements are in the screenshots.
Only works with Alpha 10.
