A few of the main changes are:
Combat steel Construction T2 RCS T3 Fuel Tanks Weapons Cap Repair Bay (It's in the hover bay but could easily be moved to the SV bay floor.) Converted to side passthrough entrance to the hover bay from front entrance A rework of the secondary bridge.
