Very expensive ship steel wise, is ALL heavy armour, this is a re-supply vessel we used in a faction war, it turns out this re-supply carrier has quite a bit of punch and is brutally tough and outlasted a few of the much larger CV's in the battle. It can carry up to 16 small SV's, if you pack em in, or 12 with ease. I has multiple constructors, storage, weapons containers etc, you only build this for a fight, a big heavy fight.
