We kindly thank you for considering the purchase of Hubble Exploration Shuttle. Please enjoy the following introduction of your possible new vehicle.

**UPDATE (DISCONTINUED): Unfortunately, A12 changed the collision models of led projectors, and T2-3 Hubble cockpit is wonky and no longer safe to use for that. The Hubble series spacecraft should be considered "discontinued" for that purpose. I've designed another T2-3 SV for the new A12 runs, and ALIAS should serve you better than the Hubble does, in the current version. Link can be found here.** https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2183750460

**UPDATE: Alpha 12 compatible T1 version (and it has been a better rework than the T2 one) of Hubble, "The HUBB" can be found here. Well, the smaller it gets, the cuter it is...** https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2162418540

With CV's doing the heavy lifting and HV's doing the heavy fighting, Hubble was built with one thing in mind; making the exploration of a first frontier as efficient and as fun as possible. Hubble is an excellent exploration vessel, reaching maximum speed values even with 50% thruster capacity, features an open cockpit with a wide vision angle and a drone hatch. Interior access is available with a slim door next to cockpit, and provides fast and easy frontside exit and entry to the shuttle for your exploration pleasure.

Being tightly packed, Hubble can fit through even smallest hangar doors (5x3) on your CV and can be perched on top of a ramp (3x4) in your hangar. But don't get us wrong, Hubble is fully solo mission capable, with it's warp drive, constructor and fridges. Featuring 8 weapon slots, 1875 SU ammo storage and a polarized hull shield, Hubble can launch guerilla strikes against enemy POI's, and do some hauling on the return with it's 9125 + 4x250 cargo hold and 236 T's vertical lifting capacity.

Open cockpit design is safe for launching drone missions from inside the shuttle, and drone hatch is a 3x4 shutter which provides easier launching and retrieval of drones. With 8 fully loaded fuel tanks, switching to ECO mode gives a hover time of 240 minutes, which is more than enough time to tackle even the hardest of drone missions.

Being said, ECOnomy mode of Hubble cuts thruster power 50% in every direction, yet provides possibility to reach maximum speed with a balanced pitch and yaw speed of 37 and 42 deg/s , respectively (58 and 69 on performance mode). Switching to economy mode is indicated by a hud warning, so you always know when you'll need a higher power of thrust, or not.

Following galactic safety regulations, Hubble will automatically standby it's weapon systems in close proximity to BA/CV ramps, landing areas and on ground touchdowns. Touchdown also turns on the floodlight systems, providing the user a safe EVA area even in pitch black locations. User is warned on cockpit HUD when the aforementioned automatic touchdown procedures are active. All weapon systems are immediately activated upon takeoff, and all floodlights are turned off for power saving except the front facing spotlight.

During EVA, for maximum energy conservation, our engineers recommend putting the Hubble under "Park Mode" (patent pending). In this mode, all thrusters, weapon and floodlight systems are deactivated. Exit gate and exit ramps are fixed in open position. Hubble HUD will display the Park Mode warning. Since constructor power is managed by a seperate power system, AFK - AFV construction operations will continue unhindered in park mode. Oxygen, life support and shield systems are also not effected by park mode. These systems might be deactivated seperately using the Hubble Control Panel software in your PDA.

Thank you for reading, and have fun with your Hubble :)

**PS: Some subscribers informed me that the blueprint was not factory spawnable in survival mode. Testing the problem myself, I concluded that it occured because of my changing the blueprint thumbnail with a 1920x1080 screenshot. Apparently, the game only supports 800px*450px blueprint thumbnails. I fixed the problem and tested factory spawning it in survival. Works good for me now, check the last screenshot. But please inform me if the problem continues for you. Sorry for the inconvenience**
