ISC - PHOEBUS Helios Foundation's adds its newly designed Industrial Security Cutter to its fleet collection. Tasked to provide security for cargo transports as well as perform security patrol between sectors. This is a multi crew ship armed with a variety of armaments to combat most threats.

The ISC Phoebus is equipped to handle it's own ammunition manufacturing and some raw material processing. Accompanying the Hangar Bay is a specialised cargo shuttle (ISC S1 - BULLFROG) to handle supply and staff transfers to and from facilities. Any relatively small craft should fit in the hangar bay.

Although capable of atmospheric flight and planetary landing, the ship is not designed with this in mind. The intended use is mainly for sector patrol use and convoy escort.

Embarkation lobby and boarding ramp is accessible via the bottom central part of the ship.

2 x Cargo Controllers (320K SU - Located in the Hangar Bay) 1 x Cargo Controller (78,750 SU - Can be replaced with an Ore/Harvest Controller if needed)

Weapons: Weapons can naturally be upgraded and replaced as required. 4 x Flak Turrets (retractable) 8 x Cannon Turrets (retractable) 4 x Rocket Turrets (retractable) 1 x Artillery Turret (retractable) 8 x Sentry Gun Turrets (retractable, for internal security)

1 x Ammo Cargo Controller (319K SU) 2 x Ammo Cargo Controller (80K SU) 4 x Ammo Boxes as backup. - The ammo controllers are spread out to limit loss of all ammunition in case of catastrophic failure.
