L7 Comet Miner (Cheap)

This version is for the rare situations when you don't have access to ANY cobalt. WARNING: This ship has no constructors as they require cobalt to build.

To add on warp capability: 1: Open the shutter door in the aft compartment of the ship. (see screenshot 3) 2: Place the warp tank lying down in the spot labeled "T". (see screenshot 4) 3: Place the warp drive sideways in the spot labeled "WD". (see screenshot 5)

To add on constructors: 1: Place them in the spots labeled Constructor 1 and Constructor 2.

The Comet class mining shuttle (cheap) is an SV with a pressurized interior to keep you safe while you mine with your drone and space to add a warp drive and constructors later on. The 6 gatling guns are more than enough defense to take care of any drones that are guarding ore deposits or patrolling in space, but it is not designed to take on POIs or more difficult targets.

*Note* Do not use the "auto-group" feature in the control panel as that will undo most control panel setup.

Features: Everything you need to survive in a SV (except constructors, see above): Fridges, armor locker, etc. Devices named and sorted in the device list of the control panel.

Automatic doors. Roof door is for mining with your drone. Face your back to the roof door and you can spawn your drone. Door lock switch to keep doors from automatically opening while standing inside the ship in case you're landed in a dangerous area. Side facing spotlights to illuminate asteroids for drone mining.

Interior lights and most LCD screens turn off automatically to save power. Control panel setup for controlling propulsion and exterior lights.

106 minutes of power while hovering. (Omicron) 878 minutes of standby power.
