Hangar can hold Early HV's with an SV Flight Deck on top and Ladders on the sides to traverse

Reforged Eden Upgrades 6 Solar Panels placed on top left and right of Flight Deck (Remove Black Walkway blocks) 2 Batteries on After Topside Spacings Long Range Radar replace Top Turret
