[LF] TIE Enforcer

Project order in the name of Emperor Palpatine, with this level 7 starter SV. Featuring a number of utilities for a starter, the TIE enforcer eventually upgrades to an agile, robust short range interceptor that would make any fleet commander proud!

The TIE Enforcer spawns in at level 7, and while the performance leaves something to be desired, the true value of this starfighter is realized once it is fully upgraded, becoming an agile platform from which systems can be secured in the name of the emperor.

The TIE Enforcer

As an early start SV comes standard with 2 gatling guns, for defense or limited offense.

Armament

While only coming with 2 gatling guns , the TIE Enforcer can later mount a number of additional weapons, including 4+ additional turrets, as well as a number of other mounted weapons for considerable punch when going against POI's

Armor

The Enforcer's armor profile leaves much to be desired, only having a single layer of steel close to the cockpit, and at the rear around the entrance, pilots will have to lean heavily on a shield system to sustain durability.

Thrusters

The Enforcer can utilize a number of thruster upgrade configurations on all axis, with several additions to medium and large for up/down/reverse, and 2x5x2 thrusters for strafe and revers, players will find the agility more than adequate for the build.

Features and Devices

Comes with Wifi, detector, RCS, fridge, oxygen dispenser, as well as an armor locker. Seating for driver and 1 passenger

The Enforcer comes stock with 2500 ammo, and 2500 Harvest

Lore and History

The TIE Enforcer is the result of extensive research into the TIE Advanced program. The Empire sought to bolster its fighter squadrons with a platform that could mount a shield, as well as a respectable firepower loadout that would contend with the resilience of Rebel starfighters. The idea of a hyperdrive addition was floated, but concern of defections and pilots going rogue or fleeing was of considerable concern to steer away from that proposal. Ultimately the program would be scrapped in favor of other designs, but a number of prototypes would make their way into the hands of Imperial warlords.
