MCI Shipyards presents the F-14 Tomcat! An approximation of the famous Grumman F-14B adapted to work in EGS+RE2.
NOTE: This build works exclusively in REFORGED EDEN 2
Features:
- Core 9, upgradable to Core 17 (space provided, see pics)
- "Build your own": no weapons installed stock, 12.3k CPU available for weapons of your choosing (will fly ok with 14k)
- Advanced Shield with parts to 13k HP over 600 recharge. Space for upgrades up to 3 Large Shield parts
- Mixed materials hull: CS/HS nose, CS/HS/S/C hull. WARNING: large sections of the top and bottom hull feature only thin CS/HS block layer over the internals (see pics). Protect those areas and do not expose them to enemy fire!
- Flies like a Jet would: medium Yaw, low Strafe, high Roll and upwards Pitch. Hence - bank and roll her to move around
- Recommended fly-by engagement style in atmo & fly-by or free-fall flat orbits in space with auto-break off
- 12.5k Ammo - expandable at the expense of CPU upgrade space
- Space for Jump/Warp Drive - at the expense of CPU upgrade space
- Clone Chamber, Armour Locker, Oxygen Station, Trauma Station, WiFi in the Cockpit Space
- Tight Cockpit for 2 (second chair can be removed for ease of moving about)
- Service access leading to the internal upgrade space
- Highway to the Danger Zone

P.S. latest round of CPU and jet drive cpu re-balancing did not affect the build - but there is now a bit more CPU available for the weapons!
