Note that Reforged Eden 2 is still a Beta. As it continues to upgrade towards its release, this ship may get broken.
The Mercy is a large starter CV with a big hangar, that can fit multiple small SVs or HVs. Can be upgraded up to around core 5 and can serve as a long term multi-purpose CV. Mobility is really low intially, but can be heavily upgraded.
For Upgrades see the P-Menu "Upgrade Markers" system.

Shield: Compact shield - remove to reduce level requirement to 12
Equipment: Warp Drive Adv. Constructor Armor Locker, Weapon Locker & Oxygen station Full Med Tools medium Grav gen Food Processor / Fridge Detector Repair Station 4x Basic Plasma Turbine 1x hydroponic light (Space for 9x grow plot)
Storage: 1x 228k Ammo 1x 228k Harvest 240k + 267k Storage
