Mobile-Mining-Base-(CV)

Mobile planetary mining base. Build as an CV, but not build for intersystem travel. Single cone-shaped structure around a central elevator shaft. Kept cheap to minimize factory time and the loss when leaving behind on a planet...(or upgrade it for longer travels) To start mining, just position yourself above a deposit and start digging down. To get back up just add elevator pieces to the shaft (remove when the deposit is empty). In case of a deposit on a slope, just add something cheap (like truss) to the bottom where needed to stabilize.
