Ocelot-Class Destroyer

Check the videos for the gameplay. A Mid/Endgame Combat CV originally built for personal use on the Fracture Server, the Ocelot-Class Destroyer was inspired by the Split faction designs from X3:Terran Conflict. I have chosen this kind of shape for it's good performance in EGS combat.

It is meant to be a hunter first and foremost, and you should be looking forward to upgrade it to its full potential with the Bastion Shield and Zirax turrets.

The MINIMUM REQUIREMENT is around 10 aux cores and 18-20 quantum cores, although with 37 quantums it can hold a Bastion Shield and almost max turrets setup with the exception of artillery, which it has 8 heavy ones in this first version.

DO NOT turn this thing on in survival without installing the necessary CPU first.

It is meant to be agile and it will (fully upgraded) solo 2 toveras without much trouble, 3 if the pilot maneuvers properly with good situational awareness.

It has 10 decoy turrets and over 30 layers of xeno at the front and protection for all important devices. Device placement and protection saved me quite a few times with game freezes and disconnects which got it around 5 minutes sitting there alone getting beat up by the tovera, holding it's own enough to allow me to log back in and bug out with minor loss (gens/turrets etc).

There are few container controllers and not much fancy stuff, no hangar bays and just a few hydroponics. It can hold an HV below the generators compartment though, if you place the docking pads above it, as shown in one of the pictures.

It is meant to be tough, agile, hunt, salvage and occasionally do some mining (3 drills at the back) to gather basic resources and be self sufficient.

To get those regular resources I recommend my dedicated miner, the Wasp 18 for its fast mining with 18 drills, it has its own landing pad at the Raptor battleship.

* There is an LCD inside the personal quarters with the turret mount legends for each of the heavy / zirax turret placement, as follows:

If you're just starting out on a server:

* for getting those aux cores and quantum cores, I strongly suggest you build a Hercules Thunder from Space Wanderer so you can get to drone space and also hit matter converters in BH systems for the Q's.

* you can build a Hercules Seeker also from Space Wanderer if you can't get the large system upgrades for the Thunder, though iirc they can also be bought from some polaris trade stations at the moment just as the advanced ones.
