P.A.V stands for Personal Attack Vessel. The PAV comes With 2 Railguns And 2 Gatling guns. It can carry 875 Kg of Ammunition and 625 Kg of items. The PAV is also fast And armored so it can take quite a few hits. The pav can Hover 20 to 30 Meters above the ground. in order to have all the components for it you need to be level 15 and the build time is 21 Minutes. The PAV also has oxygen. I hope you chose the PAV for all your Needs. (PS. this is the first hv i have ever built so it wont be the best but in testing it does well) Feel free to comment and tell me what needs to be improved
