Pandion is a CV for dropping base (in this case the havoc one)
It's a RP vessel like all i builded before, 9 crew members, some light weapons (not a CV builded for fight), steel blocks and regular glass.
This CV can drop 2 Havocs with a RP system, It has a hangar for a small SV or HV at the back.
