I designed Pinnacle as a relatively inexpensive lvl10 BA for gaining a foothold on new ground. It comes with a little bit of everything, and room to grow - downwards.

Expansion: -The elevator shaft is enclosed and airtight, with its own ventilator. Simply shut off the elevator vent, knock out the floor block beneath, and tunnel to your heart's content. Pinnacle can be as small or as large as needed, though it will serve well enough as a stand-alone outpost also.
