PMW-CV-Konev class (lvl 15 CPU T3 medium frigate)

Pears Motor Works proudly presents the PMW Konev Class Frigate. Version 1.4 updated! This Russian inspired frigate will suit all your mid game needs, and than some. We tried to keep costs low, without skimping on speed, usability, combat readiness, or size too much. She is fast in all directions (hence the neodynium requirements; no skimping on thrusters!). Tier 3 CPU with 500.000+ CPU points to spent in Vanilla. Needs an advanced CPU extender for Reforged, maybe two. This frigate is made out of steel, but of course you can upgrade to combat steel when you've found more sathium. This Ship will easily fit HV's in it's roomy hangar, where you will also find some production options, the shield device, health and O2 station, some storage crates and 2 maxed cargo controllers. Going to the front of the ship and 1 floor up you will find the main production area with the internal cockpit. Under the cockpit is some personal storage. The repair station, armour locker, a backup/farm fridge and the medical bay is here as well. In the front hull is the farming area, and the generators. A tunnel takes you back to the Warp core and round to the hangar, don't stay in there too long; the heat and radiation are deadly! Going up one deck you will find the mess hall with food processor and the sleeping quarters. In the hallway to the elevator and deck is a spawn point installed and the wifi. On the bridge you will find the main cockpit and 4 passenger seats. In the mess area is a lot of extra storage space in the form of wardrobes, closets and a kitchen counter.

Also.. there are 2 kill switches on this vessel. They will shut down the core to prevent further AI targeting on the vessel. Better hit the emergency alarm in the P menu when you do so, to have everybody evacuate, because AI will still target players. Beware that this will decompress the ship and stops the grow lights too! Only use in emergencies! Talking of the P menu: PMW tried to make this ship as energy efficient and user friendly as possible. All lights and devices are triggered by motion sensors. No energy gets wasted by active devices when nobody is around. There is a function in the P menu (Flight Mode) that toggles the thrusters and RCSs, to conserve fuel when stationary. There is NO gravity generator installed, PMW suggests removing the normal big constructor in the hangar (starboard) to make easy room for one, maybe add a small constructor? PWM strongly believes in customising to suit your own needs in your galactic survival.

The weapon systems are divided in 2 groups, one for planets, one for in space. (inactive turrets don't get targeted!). The visible turrets are always active, you can assign them easily to the planetary weapons group if you want to. There are a few back up fridges that are inactive, only the one in the mess area is turned on when spawning in. On the ship is plenty of space in the hangar to install a repair bay later (watch out where the turrets are), or to install some more weapon systems. At the front of the vessel you can clearly see 4 spots where rocket launchers or lasers are easily installed, or maybe even mining lasers? This ship can grow along a bit with you as you level up.
