REFORGED PLAYERS DO NOT POWER ON THE SENKANI UNTIL UPGRADED! install this CPU extender in the main CPU room directly under the main bridge. Upgrade package linked! without this extender the generators will not provide enough power and will overload! The Senkani comes switched off, and alarms on; to remind people who didnt read the manual.. on the P menu are 2 switches, turn them both off to stop the alarm. Vanilla players; you are fine! Last step: turn off idle mode (p menu) and you are good to go! Why PMW opted for both vanilla+reforged in one version.. the only thing that the reforged version had too much of, was sentry turrets. Their original spots are marked with a - decal.

With that out of the way: Pear's Motor Works is proud to present the Ociarrai Class prototype: the Senkani. Designed to fit a role in both reforged and vanilla! In Vanilla you have plenty of CPU left to upgrade, this can be your endgame CV with a few minor upgrades! For Reforged this is more intended as a platform to get you into the later end game. You can add more quantums and extenders as your needs and resources grow. In both versions: this vessel is designed to soak damage cheaply. Made out of hardened steel. The front hull is made out of combat steel and houses the cheaper turrets, generators and thrusters, designed to attract incoming fire and keep the rear safe for a very very long time. You can literary loose more than half the vessel and still have all the vitals in tact. PMW opted for highly visible internal construction colours; this makes damage easy to spot in 3rd person! The core room and main control room (internal cockpit) are isolated in combat steel too. If you plan to go full combat frigatte with her PMW suggests to not install the grow plots, as they are part of the more disposable front half of the ship. SVs docked in the front hangar don't take damage (docked). All thrusters and most turrets are repairable through the extensive maintenance tunnel network throughout the vessel. The generators will turn off with a motion sensor, so you will not burn while repairing. Area's with (mild or more severe) radiation are marked with yellow stripes. All essential utility is situated in the HV hangar in the back of the vessel. Other sections are easily reached with multiple elevators and a main route through the vessel. Some doors are set to a manual signal to override them opening on passing by.

Upgrade space: thrusters can go in the 'wings', reachable from the HV hangar side exit and a ladder. more generators, CPU blocks etc can be installed in the HV hangar on the ceiling, just remove some of the decorative 'lamps'. Plenty of turret placements are marked to upgrade the fire power (extra artillery turret can go behind the bridge! Antennas suggest spots for either drill lasers (up front) and or fixed weapons. You can tailor this capital vessel very easily for your own needs! I intend to use her as my mid game miner that is capable of taking down the mid game enemy CVs. For endgame she can be re-purposed with more planetary weapons (eg the rocket launchers and other RE options) to become a POI buster. Or you upgrade her hull to xeno or combat steel, and go full ham with her, options!
