Info: Built in the mined-out husk of an ice asteroid, Tortuga is a haven to rogues and smugglers of all species, lowlifes and fugitives, and desperate people trying to make a living any way they can. The spaceport is a hub of the significant black market economy stretching across much of Andromeda.

Notes:  I was inspired by Port-05-14. Credit and thanks to sulusdacor for building such a cool POI. The cyberpunk / expanse theme and lcds were so brilliant I decided to use them to finish off an old asteroid wip I had started ages ago for the pirate faction.
